Charles Brannon, a U.S. Army veteran and former operations manager, founded this company with that belief at its core. After years of leading large logistics teams and helping others reach their goals, Charles was ready to build something of his own, something rooted in integrity and built to last.
Charles saw a gap in the market across Central and Northern Kentucky. Homeowners in Georgetown, Lexington, Florence, and the surrounding communities were struggling to find exterior service providers who showed up on time, communicated clearly, and stood behind their work. He knew he could do better, and Legacy Exterior Solutions was born.
The business is family-operated and community-driven. Charles wanted his kids to watch him build something real, something that showed what hard work and pride of ownership look like in practice.
